There has been a lot of rain again and I have been absent because I’m getting things done. This photo sort of represents the spirit of people who go out and have fun in bad weather. I’ll be on tomorrow with some photos of the bluegrass fest and more thoughts.

At 15 Broad Street, across the street from the New York Stock Exchange is this Louis XV chandelier. This is one of the stupidest uses of lobby space ever possible. I found some of the story but the details sail over my head like an MIT course on computer modeling of material physics.

I don’t what this flower is or if it’s some kind of dogwood but I like it.

You know I have some good shots from this rooftop in Park Slope. I might be using them as filler every so often.
