Maybelles

The Elephant Across from the Stock Exchange

At 15 Broad Street, across the street from the New York Stock Exchange is this Louis XV chandelier. This is one of the stupidest uses of lobby space ever possible. I found some of the story but the details sail over my head like an MIT course on computer modeling of material physics.
